The Secret House

Wayanne Kruger was Crystal Sheffield’s victim’s advocate in 2009.

Kruger explained to me during interviews that she spent time with a man named John Regan. He dressed up as a pastor and wore a microphone in his pastor uniform to secretly record people.

He told many different people he was a working undercover for the FBI as an underover pedophile to catch real pedophiles.

Kruger said John Regan told her he could take her to a house where they took young girls and processed them as they were trafficked into prostitution.

Kruger said John Regan and William Staubs had another house in another state for the same purpose.

William Staubs – a.k.a. ‘Cobra the Bounty Hunter’ was performing services for Crystal Sheffield in 2009.

Staubs told me the organization set up by Crystal Sheffield, called the HaLeigh Bug Foundation, was supposed to become an international search firm that searched for missing children. He said he was supposed to be the chief investigator.

Staubs said the HaLeigh Bug Foundation illegally took in several hundred thousand dollars in donations under the radar of the Department of Agriculture.

Staubs said there were 10 more cases just like the HaLeigh Cummings case waiting for him.

The porn shoot

Wayanne Kruger was Crystal Sheffield's victim's advocate in 2009.

Kruger told me that shortly before HaLeigh Cummings vanished, several people assembled at the trailer home of Ronald Cummings.

Some of the people present were Teresa Neves (HaLeigh's paternal grandmother), John Regan (The Undercover Pervert), Jeremiah Regan, Misty Croslin, HaLeigh Cummings.

Kruger said a porn shoot was done of HaLeigh. The photographs would be used later to blackmail Ronald Cummings when his daughter was taken from him.

The Photoshopped picture

When a website dedicated to HaLeigh was erected in March of 2009 it provided a scrolling slideshow.

One of the photos in the slideshow featured Crystal Sheffield, posing with her daughter HaLeigh - and her son. The picture was determined to be a fake by Photoshop experts.

The picture was created because Crystal Sheffield did not have a single photograph of herself with HaLeigh. She was so completely un-involved and detached from her daughter she did not even have pictures of herself with her daughter.

The website was full of heartsring material about how much she loved and missed HaLeigh - asking for DONATIONS.
